How to request a refund
Email us at haydenbaseraba@shaw.ca with your order number and a quick note about why it wasn't right for you. In most cases, you won't need to send the product back.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
